my picks: top 5 movies of 2017

I have went to the movies a lot this year and I have put together the top 5 movies I have seen and that I recommend anyone to watch!

1. IT - "IT" just recently came out and I watched it with my friends and I loved it (no pun intended). If you are a fan of Stephen King and scary/ creepy movies, then this movie is a must see. The film makers did an incredible job fitting this movie into just two hours. I was definitely my favorite movie of the year.

2. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 - I watched this film twice in the cinema, which is rare for me, and I loved every second of it. My love for Chris Pratt somehow managed to grow, because honestly I am in love with the man. Anyway, this movie was funny, sad, dramatic, and full of suspense. It definitely blew the original out of the water and baby groot is so cute eeep.

3. Beauty and the Beast - This non-animated Disney remake of Beauty and the Beast was outstanding. Emma Watson starred as Belle and she played the role like a true princess. The remake was very similar to the original animated movie that came out in 1991. The graphics where very realistic and beautiful. If you haven't seen this movie, what are you doing with your life?

4. Annabelle: Creation - This creepy prequel to "Annabelle " was very scary and eerie. If you are into scary movies you need to see this, I was on the edge of my seat the entire movie. The movie had a great cast, especially the young actors. The movie presented many twists and an unexpected ending. This movie will literally give you chills.

5. Get Out - Yet another " scary" movie, do you see a trend going on here? This movie consists of an African -American man goes to his girlfriends house for the first time and some freaky sh*t goes down. This movie is classified as a "scary movie" but to me it was more suspenseful and creepy. The movie had so many plot twists and in today's tie it is hard to find a good horror film but this was one of my favorites by far. Also the ending had me shook.
